knowledge, healing, and leadership. Founded and overseen by Dr. Angela Harris, TBWWIC is an
accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and international bodies, with
authority to extend accreditation to partner institutions worldwide.
About Founder
Dr. Angela Harris is a robust academic leader, holding a certification PhD that grants her authority to
accredit institutions of learning. With decades of service in ministry, business, economics, humanities,
and mental health advocacy, she has established TBWWIC as a transformative institution blending
education, spiritual empowerment, and economic development. Her vision unites academia, culture,
and global leadership to drive The Rebirth of the Black Nation (T.H.E. R.E.B.I.R.T.H. O.F. T.H.E.
B.L.A.C.K. N.A.T.I.O.N.) agenda.

Our Vision
TBWWIC seeks to restore broken identities, revive hope, and cultivate leadership in every area of
human development. Through departments such as Humanities, Mental Health, Business &
Economics, Entertainment, Advocacy, Health & Wellness, and Naturopathic Sciences, we provide
innovative pathways for students to thrive intellectually, spiritually, and economically. The institution
exists not only as a college but as a movement, grounded in the belief that education is the foundation
for lasting transformation.
As TBWWIC grows, partnerships with educators, visionaries, and cultural leaders will continue to
expand. Our focus remains on equipping students with the skills, wisdom, and courage to lead in their
communities, to unite Africa and the Diaspora, and to Make Africa Great Again.
Academic Pathways
The Institute offers four distinct higher education tracks:
• Bachelor’s Degrees
• Master’s Degrees
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Degrees
• Lifetime Doctorate (L-PhD): A program for individuals with a lifetime of proven leadership, service, and wisdom. Through the accelerated Cramer Course, candidates earn the L-PhD, which holds the same accreditation, honor, and weight as a traditional Ph.D. Cramer Courses are also offered as accelerated pathways in select disciplines for transformational leaders.
